Whole Home Transformation: A Waterfront Haven

 

Our clients, who live on the water with their own boat access, wanted to transform their entire home. With stunning views of dolphins and manatees swimming by, they desired a space that matched the beauty of their surroundings.

The project was extensive, involving the renovation of bedrooms, refreshing the fireplace, the creation of a new laundry room, updating all bathrooms, and installing new flooring throughout the home. One of the unique challenges we faced was raising the floor in the primary bedroom due to the home’s age and some tricky structural elements.

The clients moved out during the renovation and took a 3-week vacation. Upon their return, they were shocked and delighted by the transformation. Their home had been completely revitalized, providing them with a fresh and modern living space that exceeded their expectations. The clients were so pleased with the results that they have since referred all their friends to us.
