This project included a full kitchen and primary bathroom renovation designed to improve both functionality and aesthetics. The kitchen was completely reimagined by removing an existing wall and relocating the range, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher to create a more open and efficient layout. The space features custom white oak slim shaker cabinetry paired with quartz countertops that extend up the wall to form a seamless full-height backsplash. New flooring and warm gold finishes throughout the space add an elevated and modern touch.

 

The living area was also updated by removing and capping the existing wood-burning fireplace and constructing a new bump-out to accommodate a modern electric fireplace. The fireplace feature wall was designed to serve as a focal point in the room and is complemented by built-in storage cabinetry on both sides.

The primary bathroom underwent a full remodel, which included closing off the existing door to the office, expanding the shower, and adding a new linen cabinet for additional storage. All finishes were updated, including coordinating gold fixtures and hardware that tie in with the kitchen design and create a cohesive, elevated feel throughout the home.
